Each year, we encourage and invite our Associates to make their voices heard through the Mars Associate Survey. For many years, the survey results have sparked meaningful conversations, enhanced team dynamics, and inspired changes across our business that improve the Associate experience and enable us to deliver even better care to pets and the people who love them.
The Mars Ambassador Program gives Associates the opportunity to participate in individual or group assignments with key nonprofit partners around the world who, like us, are committed to building thriving communities for pets and the people who love them.
